Organisation

The Organisation module can record departmental structures up to 6 levels deep.

For holding companies, or those with more complex structures, there can be multiple ‘level ones’ each with a complete organisation below. The largest structure presently contained in MIMS has just under 25,000 departments in its organisation module. Provision is made to include underwriting profiles for each department, departmental contacts may be included and links are available that automatically filter and display the associated policies and claims.

Well proven routines are available to update MIMS following re-organisation, acquisition and disposal – including the corresponding impact in property, policy and claims.
