Whether you choose to use our Hosting Services or install MIMS on your own infrastructure, Stewart Business Software will ensure that you are supported from the moment you place an order and that the support continues for as long as you need.

Project Kick Off to Implementation

  • We will work with you to agree actions and timetable for implementation
    • This covers all aspects of the System - from Hardware to Stationery.
  • We will support in optimising system set-up and pre-loading all necessary data
  • We will project manage the delivery.
Post Implementation

  • Training will be provided on client premises or at SBS - subject to numbers involved.
  • MIMS can be supported on-line - subject to the necessary in-house IT permissions.
    • Allows efficient problem investigation and future training.
  • User Support Notes are available together with on-line Help or Browser based files
Continued Support

  • A Support Team, contactable by phone / email, will offer advice and resolve concerns.
  • As an SBS clients you may join the MIMS User Group which gives you the opportunity to share experience and influence the future direction of MIMS.
