The property module allows each site to be linked to its organisational owner and can be further divided into 5 sub-levels.

Dates on which site ownership changes can be recorded in order that later
claims can be matched accordingly.
Construction data and risk profiles may be stored together with schedules for site inspections;
survey recommendations and actions due / taken.
Provision is made to record details of both landlord and tenant insurance and to calculate values
for 'own insurance'.

Property valuations are held and insurance premiums may be apportioned to property by property
values, risk profile or claims experience.
Once more, the module can auto-filter and display associated policies and claims.
