A Support Plan will ensure that support begins from the moment an order is placed and continues for as long as you need

From Kick Off to Implementation
  • Agree actions and timetable for implementation
    • Covers all aspects of the System - from Hardware to Stationery.
  • Support in optimising system set-up and pre-loading all necessary data
  • Work with you to project manage the delivery 
Post Implementation
  • MIMS is supported on-line - subject to the necessary in-house IT permissions.
    • This allows problem investigation and on-line Training to be delivered.
  • Training can also be in open delegate sessions or provided on client premises
  • User Support Notes are available together with on-line Help or Browser based files
Continued Support
  • A Help Team, contactable by phone / email, will offer advice and resolve concerns
